Cost includes

1. Twin sharing accommodation from Delhi to Base Camp and back from Base Camp to Delhi.
2. Meals plan is full board except in Delh where it is room with breakfast basis.
3. Porters from Gangotri to the Base Camp for establishing BC and vice versa for winding up the BC
4. Cook, Kitchen Helper at the Base Camp throughout the expedition
5. Mess Tent, Kitchen Tent, tables and low height stools for camping
6. Hotels envisaged are 3*Deluxe / 4* category.
7. Non airconditioned transport as per group size for drop,pick up and sightseeing in Delhi and Agra.
8. Local Guides and entrances during sightseeing in Delhi
9. Entrance fee
10. Arrival and departure transfers
11. Wash n change rooms on last day. 

Cost does not include

1. Hight Altitude equipments and climbing gears
2. Soft/alcoholic drinks including mineral water,
3. Airport tax, medical, insurance, telecom expenses,
4. Emergency evacuation expenses due to illness/accident
5. Meals not specified above
6. Camera fee and other expenses of personal nature like laundry, tips etc.
7. Cost also does not include Christmas/New Year supplements and international flights.
8. Royalty payable to IMF and Uttrakhand Government

Remarks

1.            We have considered 6 porters per person while going up for establishing the Base Camp and 4 porters per person for winding up the Base Camp.  Additional porters, if required will cost Euro 52 per porter extra including service tax.

2.            We have included 1 HAP in the above cost.  Cost for addtional HAPs, if required is Euro 393 per HAP including service tax.
3             Cost includes Service Tax levied by the Government and is subject to change if Service Tax is revised by the Government.
4             PAYMENTS :  We require 20% of the total ground cost and 100% of total airfare, if applicable,  for booking the tour and the balance 30 days before departure for materialising the tour.
5.             Following cancellation charges will apply if tour cancelled after booking :
60 to 30 days before arrival - 20% cancellation fee of ground cost
29 to 14 days before arrival - 30% cancellation fee of ground cost
13 to 07 days before arrival - 40% cancellation fee of ground cost
Less than 07 days before arrival - 50% cancellation fee of ground cost.
