Terms & Conditions
1. Costs are per person based on twin sharing accommodation. Supplement for the single room is given separately.
2. Cost includes AC transport, local guide for sightseeing, accompanying English speaking trekking escort, entrance and camping fees, mess tent, client tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, mattress, low height stools and tables, mules / porters, and camping crew cook and kitchen helpers. .
3. Meal Plan – Full board except in Delhi where it is room with breakfast.
4. Hotels envisaged are 3* Deluxe / 4* category.
5. Air Fare is for domestic flights based on normal fare for economy class and subject to change at the time of reservation. However, we advise to book the flights directly in order to avail of benefits of the schemes that airlines offer from time to time.
6. Cost includes Service Tax levied by the Government and is subject to change if Service Tax is revised by the Government.
7. Not included – international flights, soft/alcoholic drinks, airport tax, insurance, telecom expenses, meals not specified, camera fee, emergency evacuation / transport expenses and expenses of personal nature like tips, laundry, etc.
8. Stok Kangri - Royalty fee payable extra which is fixed by the IMF. Presently it is USD 100 for 2 pax, USD 50 each for additional pax upto 5 and then USD 100 each for next additional pax. Kindly contact us for the details.
9. PAYMENTS : We require 20% of the total ground cost and 100% of total airfare, if applicable, for booking the tour and the balance 30 days before departure for materialising the tour.
10. Following cancellation charges will apply if tour cancelled after booking :
60 to 30 days before arrival - 20% cancellation fee of ground cost
29 to 14 days before arrival - 30% cancellation fee of ground cost
13 to 07 days before arrival - 40% cancellation fee of ground cost
Less than 07 days before arrival - 50% cancellation fee of ground cost.
There will be 100% cancellation for the airfare in all cases. |
